Managed daily operations of a $16 million Lumber facility and $5.5 million Millwork Production facility. Completed annual budgets and market evaluation reports for presentation to the Executive Committee, conducted employee annual reviews, prepared and maintained daily and monthly production reports for upper management???s review, reviewed and approved all vendor receipts for payment, reviewed and maintained all D.O.T. files, and handled all customer product complaints. Assisted in preparing sales presentations for major market customers and made joint sale calls with Sales Representatives to gain market share. Negotiated purchasing agreements with vendors for both facilities during company???s bankruptcy in 2002. Tasked with opening and managing Millwork Production facility in 2006. Exceeded sales forecast by 30 percent and gross profit by 21 percent during first year of operation. Trained Millwork and Lumberyard employees in Sigma Six Lean Manufacturing process.
