What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

Well, I had a chance to do the easy, but low paying, resume padding job with NASA working on weather satellites and other types of applications...instead I came out wanting to swing large in the world of dot coms during the late 20th century and found that the excitement, fluidity and overall craziness of working for a company was the way to go for me.
