How would you describe your time at B & F Services?

B & F Services LLC is a wholesale company selling only to business people. They do not sell to the general public.

I began my career at B & F in the order department. My duties included customer service, order entry, typing and coordinating transportation of products.

After about 9 years I was moved the the executive area. During this time I answered phones for the President and one of the Vice Presidents. I handled correspondence for the Vice President of Meyerco ( a specialty knife division of B & F), processed orders, EDI, customer service, and coordinated transportation of products. Also, during this time I was in charge of selling, communicating, maintaining inventory in a warehouse in Europe and coordinating transportation of product for our international Rainbow customers. After ten years I moved to another part of the company.

B & F began going through many changes and starting down sizing about one year ago. Sales have been declining.

The past year I worked in the Supermarket division of B & F. My duties included very heavy customer service, order entry, EDI, and coordinating transportation of products.
