My dream job would to play an executive role as Cultural Officer of a medium to large corporation with multiple locations. The position would include working with managers to identify desirable talent, skill and cultural needs within the organization. Through strategic recruiting, talent selection and team-building, help to create on of the top companies to work for in the nation....
