Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

My most influential mentor was Jean, director of communications and marketing. Jean taught me that how important it was to encourage loyalty in your team. She believed in her team and allowed them to perform their jobs. As a result, she had no turnover and her team produced outstanding results.
