How would you describe your time at McDonald's?
When I first started I just took orders and ran the food to the matching ticket. After a year or so of working there I got a promotion to a Crew Trainer. A Crew Trainer is above a crew member but just below a manager. I'm a manager in training. I help run the shifts, take care of giving out breaks. I'm the leader of the crew. I've helped with counting money for the deposits. I basically shadow a manager. If a manager is busy I am the manager for that time being. If a customer has a problem I'm the person you would come to....

How would you describe your time at Pizza Hut?
I was a waitress. So I basically waited on our customers. I took orders at the tables and also on the phone. I did all the basic cleaning. e.g. tables, floors, windows, cook ware. On the nights I closed I helped the manager count the money do a deposit and double check everything.
