How would you describe your time at Tolt Services Group?
*Troubleshoot and repair customer ntwork and hardware IT issues.
*Customer's include Albertson's and Sedano's Supermarkets, along with Costco.
*Installation and maintenance of servers, computers and peripherals, access points, Cisco routers, and self checkout.
*Work with customer support centers on service problem updates, support issues and concerns with supported computer systems.
*Edit all aspects of trouble tickets related to work zone (includes providing comprehensive notes/resolution information/equipment information/closure detail).
*Manage South Florida zone from Fort Lauderdale to Vero Beach.
*Consistently maintain SLA quota to meet customer service demands.
*Order parts for all completed tickets with accuracy and timeliness.
*Provide trouble ticket billing information when required.
*Manage spare and parts inventory in van for multiple customer environment.
*Work with customer support centers on service problem updates, support issues and concerns with supported computer systems.
*Adhere to repair standards and service levels established for each customer
*Contact for other field engineers to help assist and troubleshoot major issues when they cannot resolve....
