How would you describe your time at aNTHEM?
Processed a variety of special group claims such as Coordination of Benefits and Blue Card. Moved on to become a Provider/Member Rep in which I verified covered and non-covered benefits, discussed the processed claims according to benefits. After which I moved on the become the Blue Card Proevider Rep where I assisted communications between the home plan and host plan to insure proper payment of claims processed and discussed these processes with the providers....
