How would you describe your time at VERIZON BUSINESS/MCI/MCI?
Verizon???s Small Business WEB portal redesign (business.verizon.com). This SaaS portal (software as a service) offers small businesses Verizon and partnering products on a per license basis allowing clients to run their business without full infrastructure cost of email, IM, data storage, backup, conference calling, online meetings, and other products. SaaS portal requires many interfaces with internal and external sources. As the lone BA, I was excited to be asked and directed to incorporate my best practices into a Requirements Analysis phase....

Responsible for data entry and analysis for nationwide consolidation of prices for Kinko???s product line. Analysis using MS Access included data quality and reasonable checks. Contract verification included frequent contact with field personnel, Contract administration and Legal teams.
