What are the three things that provide you satisfaction in your work?
1. As with many employees, recognition of the skills and experience I bring from my academic and professional experience makes me feel valued as an employee.
2. Opportunities for advancement based on my performance allows me to remain goal orientated.
3. Working for an organization that truly works towards their mission statement or strategic plan is important. These statements, in my opinion, should create the organizational culture and not just an idea that no one cares about....
