$17 Mil regional company. The regional company had HA systems but no plans, processes or procedures for disaster planning and inordinate costs for support. Built alignment plan for technology, vision of competitive advantages and prepare support infrastructure to support the new division for revenue growth and transition into a stable environment and then integration into the parent company's infrastructure.
* Assess technology for board and investors in sell/buy and merger and acquisition proposals. Provide process and procedures to evaluate and negotiate offers and conditions. Conceive, research, and complete projects for clients that successfully re-positioned their market and technical focus, boosting clients' annual revenues by 20% to 200%.
* Identify and package solution sets for customers that facilitated partnerships with OEMs and VARs for sales in new channels and markets. These alliances resulted in clients' faster market penetration and substantially increased returns.
* 1 year engagement with CA, Inc. (formerly Computer Associates, Inc.), Bellevue, WA, 2005-2006 (Sr. Consultant, Enterprise Solution Architect)

* Humanitarian Engagement with USA Environmental, Inc. Oldsmar, FL 2004-2005 Unexploded Ordnance Technician Level II; for the destruction and removal of ordnance in Iraq to protect the local population from injury.
