Randy managed a large team at IMMI including a call center and shipping department. Most of his direct reports had little experience and Randy showed tremendous ability to motivate, direct and train. He provided a very structured environment with clear expectations. He took on each new challenge with a can-do attitude and found many ways to improve IMMI's procedures, including negotiating a shipping deal which save the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. He is an excellent manager.
