Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

I have worked from home for 6 years and my mentor has been my Step-Mother and her business Ergonomic Resources, Inc. She has taught me to be confident, to work hard, to always make the client feel understood and that they are right, to go above and beyond expectations!
