I ran multiple projects, tracked budget expenses for several departments, and created the process by which equipment was to be acquired, tested, and then sent to press evaluations for reviews.

This was a temporary contract position which enabled me to show the management what I could do and I was called back after 3 months to be hired on permanent.

How would you describe your time at WAL*MART?
I performed many different tasks at Wal*Mart including being responsible for overseeing the H/R, OSHA and other Federal and State requirements. I also maintained budgets, completed store scheduling and wage reports on weekly basis. Was responsible for all back office and receiving and checkout operations as well as one third of the sales floor which accounted for one half of the stores revenue....

How would you describe your time at Heck's?
This was my first job, it was to be a 3 week assignment and turned into a 5 year position while I was working to pay for my college education. I began in the stock room and worked my way to all areas of the sales floor, back offices, and then to assistant manager of the store.
