What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

Honestly I dislike being asked what is my biggest deficiency. Over the years as soon as I have found an issue or lacking skill it has been addressed immediatley. So my biggest deficiency would be that I do not know mine.

??? Developed a Standardized Meet Opening checklist and process to prepare a racetrack for a meet opening or marquee event (Kentucky Derby or Breeders Cup). The implementation lowered the effort required for Fall Meet at Churchill Downs by 25%, 2007-2008, Fairgrounds Meet by 90%, and Spring Meet at Churchill Downs by 45%. A secondary benefit identified no incidents or business system interruptions for all meets, including the 134th Kentucky Derby.
??? Managed Intranet upgrade, including new project, budget, and purchasing tools and content.
??? Managed an operational project developing policies for printing services and support, lowering the cost of printing by 31%, including 25% fewer printer counts.
??? Created a systemized policies and standards procedure for desktop and laptop PC replacements, asset reclamation schedules, and monitoring replacement of the desktop environment. Benefits realization identified a 40% reduction of total costs.
??? Coordinated an effort to improve Electronic Gate Counts (turnstile counts). The implemented solution delivered a variance of 0.58% on the 2nd largest Kentucky Derby attendance (157,700).
