Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

Bob Bram, Beckman Instruments. Taught me that in addition to fixing the equipment you need to fix the customer as well. Perception is reality until proven differently.
The customer has to be convinced that their equipment is working physically and in their eye.
