Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?
My Grandfather was my most influential mentor, Dr. Harry Wood. He was not only an artist but a professor of art at ASU, a writer and sculpter. He would talk with me for hours at a time about the importance of art and how to see art in all things. He tought me to see colors in objects that you dont see unless you really think. He was a great influence in my life and I will forever love art and make art due to his presence in my life....
