How would you describe your time at Chubby Trout?

During the time I spent working as a waitress at Chubby Trout, I became more confident with myself and work. The job gave me a push to be more outgoing and to set and accomplish goals. The type of work that I was hired to do was different from what I was use to, but I learned quickly and worked successfully. Waitressing at Chubby Trout, just like any other job, had its challenges, but nothing too complicated from holding me back and succeeding. I was able to establish multiple relationships, not only with the other staff, but with customers that came in regularly. Overall, my job was fun, exciting, entertaining and welcoming in every aspect.... read more

How would you describe your time at Truth Publishing?

My time at The Truth was very professional, but also like my job at Chubby Trout, I developed relationships with other staff throughout the department and customers that I spoke with frequently. The customer service position I was entitled to was very engaging, teaching new things daily. The job required someone with good listening skills, someone who was patient, helpful, hard-working and that had the ability to problem solve. While working at The Truth, I was able to better myself in each of those skills. Multi-tasking was a huge role in the customer service position at The Truth. There was never a minute of the day that I was not busy. I always had something to do, whether it called for me to work with the rest of the staff as a team on a project or individually. The job always offered new challenges and goals throughout the department, making the environment interesting, fun and competitive. I would have to say that this job was my favorite, very insightful, teaching me the majority or my qualifications I hold today.... read more
