How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

herra Pierre-March is the founder and current CEO of CbeanMedia.tv, a new broadcast channel built on new media platforms, serving a global audience. She also currently serves as a Media Solutions Strategist for TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) -Digital Media Practice and just prior to this was the Vice President for Digital Content Management at Pearson. She owned the strategic direction, globally for the Content Management "ecosystem" and new product development. Prior to joining Pearson, Sherra Pierre-March was a strategic consultant focused on the areas of Enterprise Content Management, Rights Management and New Media Platforms. Pierre-March has spent the last 20 years in the Information Technology field, and is one of the founding partners of Vision IT.

Sherra Pierre-March was Vice President of Information Systems/CIO, for Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit educational organization. Pierre-March managed both the internal operational strategy and Research & Development on content management models that support the new generation of distribution networks and channels.

Pierre-March was also the Vice President/Chief Information Officer for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MLSO), where she managed all of the strategic IT planning and implementation. In this capacity, Pierre-March developed a unique content management model for MSLO that enabled specialized publishing opportunities and management of content across all distribution channels.

At Viacom International, Pierre-March was the Project Manager for the Advanced Technology Group, where she developed best practices involving Research & Development, collaborative computing and digital asset management. Pierre-March had direct responsibility for leveraging technology across Viacom International, Paramount Pictures, Showtime, MTV Networks and Simon Schuster. Pierre-March was also part of the Information Technology teams of Madison Square Garden and Virgin Atlantic Airways, where she was responsible for the development of their networks both local and international.

Pierre-March earned a BFA in Dance from City College and BS in Computer Science, a past member of the Novell Advisory Board and is currently a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences EMMYs- Advanced Media Committee
