Very satisfaying on the medical side, but very dissatisfy on the personnel side of the house, since there was no leadersip or communication in our surgical department. I never knew when the changes were made or surgery cancellations making it very hard to work in such a place.

It was kind of hard, because while I was doing my residency at walter Reed I enrolled in my Masters Degree. It was a good experience and satisfaction being able to accomplish such challenge.

Very hard and rewarding experience during this Perfusion and Cardiothoracic Surgical Residency, we worked 18 to 22 hours days for 18 months, but it was a satisfaction to see all the help that we rendered to our patients.

This degree was sponsored by the US Army. It was very demanding and rewarding at the same time. The US Army program eas rated the best in the country for several years even after i finished my program with them.
