I have been working at Vought Aircraft on the Boeing 787 Project. My focus has been in Production Planning. During my time at Vought I have learned a lot about WM and how it interfaces with PP.

How would you describe your time at Forbo-Siegling?
o Worked on the migration to SAP from MAPICS in 2006 to 2007.
o Started work on migrating Canadian data to SAP from MAPICS.
o Second Level Help. Debugging user problems, providing solutions.
o Created Documentation Standards for Work Processing Documents.
o Developed Work documentation in SAP for MM, PP, & SD Shipping.
o User Documentation; over 200 processes detailed.
o User Training - MM, PP, SD Shipping.
o PP - Production Planning. Creation of Production Orders, Fabrication Order creation, Including; Issue of Labor & Material, Changes, Problem Resolution, & Completion into Finished Goods Inventory.
o PP - MRP; Setup Material Master, Multiple Storage Location Planning, & Setup. Evaluation & Analysis of Material Requirements.
o MM - Material Management. All aspects of Inventory Control; Material Master creation, Material Movement, Material Issue, Material Receipt, Scrap, Adjustments, Purchasing Receipts, Purchasing Info Records, Mass Change Material Master, & Mass Change of Purchasing Records.
o SD - Sales & Distribution. Sales Orders, Work Order Creation from (KMAT) Sales Orders, Delivery Notes (multiple tasks and how it relates to Shipping and Idoc creation), Printing Picking Lists and Delivery Notes. Sales/Work Order procedures on reprint and reversal.
o Customizing (Configuration) (IMG) - Transaction (SPRO) to Change/Create Plant(s), Storage Locations, Planners, MRP Controllers, Printers, and much more. Transport from Dev ??? Quality ??? Production using SAP Transport Organizer
o User Maintenance & Creation: Maintained user profiles, parameter Ids, (Roles were created by Germany and I attached them to users for authority to transactions & programs).
o ABAP - Created Report programs per user requests and utilizing LSMW, BDC, ALV, SQL (inner & outer joins), Hotspots, and Drilling down to other transactions, & Transaction Creation.
o Mass Update - Used SAP programs in MM & PP to do a variety of mass updates to data. Also used programs I created with BDC & LSMW.
o SAP Quickview, & ABAP Query....
