Responsible for monitoring quality control on a $30.3 million dollar construction project on Ft Lewis. Directly responsible implementing the 3 phase quality assurance program which called for identifying and communicating critical issues that would extend project duration, life cycle and cost. Responsible for ensuring that those critical issues were solved in an efficient time and manner in order to ensure project was completed on time and within budget. Job environment required strong cross-group and cross-discipline collaboration skills. Responsible for ensuring that work performed was in accordance with plans, specifications and requirements in order to drive results. Resulted in the construction project being completed on time, within budget and in accordance with drawings and specifications....

Responsible for formulating, executing and evaluating the annual training plan in order to ensure first rate training for Army ROTC cadets. Responsible for providing direction and communicating training objectives to subordinate leaders and ensuring that time-lines and operational standards were being met. How would you describe your time at US ARMY?
Platoon Leader of an airborne combat engineer platoon in the 82nd Airborne Division. Responsible for ensuring the platoon is ready to provide engineer support anywhere in the world on an 18 hour notice. Responsible for the training, discipline, welfare, safety and combat readiness of twenty eight paratroopers.
Deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Quickly adapted to an ever evolving ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. Directly responsible for planning and executing over twenty five combat missions. Provided oversight as the on scene ground commander directly responsible for mission success on numerous combat operations in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Rapidly integrated into a combat environment where I was directly responsible for identifying, developing and sustaining relationships with local national assets in order to influence our battle space and shape future combat operations....
