What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

You are responsible for your own career. If you see that you are missing skills necessary to perform your job or move ahead take a class or get a mentor. It's a building process that doesn't happen overnight. Being able to present your ideas is a critical asset.

In many ways this was a dream company to work for. Entrepreneurial, design-driven and forward-thinking. I was able to impact decisions that drove growth and profit, open new markets and develop successful products. It was a great collaborative environment.
