I am a dynamic professional with motivation and a desire to pursue a multi-dimensional career in organizational environment that is value-oriented and innovative. I'm looking for a job in the fields of organizational training and development, research, performance management, customer service, and/or clinical psychology. I'm skilled at assessing and incorporating organizational and clinical training skills, with consistent results in identifying and meeting customer expectations, as well as internal and external business needs. I am also very interested in a job that requires presentation and facilitation, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills. A job that will allow me to apply my versatile learning skills with specialized education in assisting people under difficult circumstances and working effectively under pressure....

I have worked with Dr. Kogan on a variety of projects spanning from the military to the Veterans Administration covering topics from Diversity and Inclusion, Cultural Acclimation to Leadership Development and Career Planning. Dr. Kogan is extremely professional and is a pleasure to work with as her attention to detail is spotless.
In reference to her work with the military, Dr. Kogan's knowledge about cultural acclimation was heralded by the Base Commander as '...thorough and on-target'.
Dr. Kogan completed her Post Doctoral Fellowship at Alvarado Parkway Institute Behavioral Health System. She was extremely resourceful and ambitious as she developed curriculum, provided inservice training, and served as mentor to our pre-doctoral interns in the Psychology Department. She provided group and individual therapy for inpatient services as well as outpatient services. Dr. Kogan's excellent interpersonal skills, competence, and sense of humor made her a pleasure to work with.
