Coordinate the successful placement of customer orders.
Tasks include processing purchase orders, tracking, billing, and follow up to insure customer satisfaction.
Customer sales volume $1MM plus.
Follow up and communicate regularly with production planning, logistics, sales and marketing to coordinate delivery timeframes and to satisfy customer specifications and commitments.
Maintain accurate information on customer current inventory levels and anticipated requirements.
Communicate product information, pricing, availability, delivery, and certificates of quality to customer.
Monitor customer credit information in conjunction with the Sales and Marketing Department.
Maintain customer master file in SAP for customer requirements, inventory levels, pricing, and material codes.
Responsible for weekly and monthly reports for sales forecasts, inventory levels and customer needs.
Capture and investigate customer complaints; determine and implement corrective action.
