* Managed all efforts for the software licensing initiative to streamline $100MM software portfolio to reduce redundancies, achieving up to $20MM in yearly costs savings.

* Created real time dashboards merging project server, Hyperion budget and PeopleSoft finance ledger.

* Answered to cross division governance board of directors while leading a project team composed of 53 IT managers in 5 countries.

* Developed corporate off site data security onboarding process - start with comprehensive checklist pointing out which departments to include, what portions of CFR21Part11 policy was at risk, and rating need for SAS70.

* Directed initiative to determine division standards for server consolidation, laptop image, employee and consultant onboarding, and IT hardware resource tracking by determining a template for country, site, and department level business rules.
