What was your best business trip experience?

Doing contextual inquiry in Boston. I flew out with a cross functional team and lead the customer interviews. We bonded as a team, gained a unified perspective, learned a ton about customer needs, had fun, and came back with actionable research that we used to make a very successful product.

When Josh and I were colleagues in the Creative Department of MyFamily.com, I found him to be not only one of the brightest individuals I have known in my life, but also one of the hardest working in the most effective way. In doing the tasks required of him, he takes every opportunity to improve on both what he knows and how to do the work. In watching him work, I was constantly amazed at his creativity in approaching a challenge and arriving at solutions, all combined with the most hilariously quick wit.
