- Work in conjunction with the customer service, product management and quality assurance teams to gather requirements and fix errors reported in the software.
- Create and document technical specifications to achieve project requirements.
- Prepare unit test plans and execute unit testing.
- Develop and demo new features.
- Provide timely second level support to the customer service team.
- Perform multiple builds per week on a varying number of product versions, including hot fix builds.
- Develop solutions with InstallShield for update exes deployed to customers and install exes used by the client services team.
- Recognized during a quarterly all-employee meeting for completing my first feature with zero change requests entered against it....
