I worked for a subcontractor of the company and hauled John Deere parts interplant until I was hurt on the job and the subcontractor had no workman's comp insurance and I needed surgery.

An absolute nightmare. I signed a lease contract to purchase a tractor from their sister company and was hounded even before the payment was due. The sister company sold my tractor out from under me to a cash buyer and put me out of business.

Great experience, excellant equipment but could not afford the truck and my household expenses at that time and ended up leaving. Dart is a great company to work for but I made some beginner mistakes like leasing to expensive of a tractor to start off my business.

Great company to work for and if they still existed I would go back to lthem. My favorite run was to Texas and back towards Iowa. Ran at lest 2500 miles a week.

Unpleasant to deal with their disbatcher as he has never driven a day in his life and thinks he knows the job better than you do. I refused to move a load when I was out of hours and was fired over it. I believe in safety first and not breaking DOT rules.

Scott wasn't to bad to work for but after two years of being passed up on getting a newer truck it was time to go elsewhere. When a new truck came in he passed me up again and gave it to a part time worke and wanted to put me back in the orginal truck I had started out in that had no pulling power and send me to the coast lines again.
