How would you describe your time at Roundbox Global?
Program Manager responsible for all Roundbox projects for a major hotel franchise corporation using Agile / Scrum methodology. At peak, responsible for 5 concurrent projects involving 32 Roundbox personnel and well as coordination with client employees. In charge of all billing, communications, and relations with client sponsor and their team members including status reporting. ScrumMaster for Project Planning, Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum meetings for the development teams....
How would you describe your time at Thoughtmill / American Systems?
Accomplishments included: 1) PM of two major, over $2 million, C#.Net / SQL Server projects for a leading lottery service provider. Quickly gained the trust and respect of the client and managed the projects through iterative requirements, design and development.
2) Interview stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and secure client sign-off on project for a major credit card processor. In addition, seized the opportunity to learn Microsoft Office SharePoint Server. Authored Infopath forms, associated libraries and web pages. Managed this MOSS Extranet project to closure.
3) Sr. PM for a large payment processing organization. Led the team development efforts for job automation, security implementation, system reporting, and delivered all associated documentation. Resolved issues presented by embattled requirements, a hastily compiled group of 15 J2EE developers, an immature technology, and a politically charged situation to deliver the project....

Began work at Agco on a team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the client/server Dealer Central Accounts Receivable System (DCARS). DCARS applications included dealer, order processing, production scheduling, inventory, and accounts receivable. The system consisted of workstations with network servers accessing Oracle databases on Sequent backend servers under UNIX. The principal front-end GUI development tool was SqlWindows. Oracle PL/SQL packages and stored procedures were used. SQR and Crystal Reports satisfied reporting requirements....
