* Increased client satisfaction by evaluating requirements and implementing test cases which eliminated 2000 potential issues in production software. This attention to detail enabled me to report twice as many issues as any other QA member.
* Improved testing rigor and regression capabilities by employing Oracle SQL, TOAD and Linux scripting to support running and evaluation of manual tests. Created automated tests as appropriate. Employed both Black Box and White Box testing techniques.

* Designed and developed engineering defect and call-support tracking system using Magic Help Desk software provided by Network Associates. Maintained and upgraded this application and the backend SQL Server database.
* Designed, implemented and maintained the automated testing tool used on Linux and Windows systems. This was an invaluable tool for daily and pre-release regression testing. Updated and maintained the automated build scripts for all platforms.
