What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

Network with everyone you know, follow up on every contact, make sure your resume is perfect. Be willing to start at the bottom rung of an industry, then work hard and let it be known that you want to move up. Always do more than you're asked to do, and keep a record of your accomplishments so that you can refer to them when asking for a raise or promotion.
