How would you describe your time at Impact Networking?
I enjoyed the fast paced Document Management industry where I was the point Systems Integrator for over dozens of customers in the Chicagoland area. I especially enjoyed the solving unique challenges that arose for each customer during implementation. I also highly enjoyed the training portions of the implementations and also demoing our products to prospective customers during the pre-sales process. I loved to share my knowledge and expertise with customers and co-workers alike....

How would you describe your time at Office Depot?
I took care of all basic responsibilities of the tech department for the Berwyn Office Depot part-time and full-time while I attended college. I was also the point technical expert for the store and sold a variety of products ranging from personal computers, to digital cameras and software.
I also had the opportunity to develope a program to rid our store of our over abundant clearance stockpile. I planned, advertised, managed and executed a Thanksgiving weekend sale where we were able to get rid of 75% of our clearance merchandise over a two week period. During my time the tech department had 40-50% higher sales numbers than the year(s) prior and the attachment rate of our product replacement plans (extended warrenties) was up 20% units and over 100% in dollar amount.
It's important to note that I was not the only tech associate, we had a team of three and together we experienced a high level of synergy as we would work off each other to make large sales. Our largest team sale was over $15,000. The average daily sales for the tech department ranged between $1-3,000 so a single $15,000 was a pretty big accomplishment. We were very proud that our tech department out performed every other store in our district (even the flagship store of the district which had a much larger store and customer base.)...
