How would you describe your time at CSI Staffing (Unitrin)?
This was a short assignment through a temporary service to help Unitrin while they were short staffed. It was a fast paced total loss auto claims environment but with my experience I was able to help this unit by managing a large number of claims until they were properly staffed.

I was hired as a material damage supervisor associate and took ove the supervisory role shortly thereafter. I was responsible for approving all incoming estimates, suplementsand actual cash values on total loss vehicles. Also performed reinspections at local repair shops and local caastrophe duties, i.e. hail storms and hurricanes. Later I worked a subrogation desk and completed SIU database background checks....

this was my first job out of college and while i had some experience from a prior claims position I really studied and understood the personal auto policy and began working a claims desk. I also learned auto estimation and repair procedures, performed reinspections when needed and worked some catastrophic claims, i.e. large hail storms in the area....
