How would you describe your dream job in 10 words or less?

My dream job would involve working for a successful company managing my own team and driving my team by implementing effective collaboration for problem solving. My employees would be given the knowledge to take on any task and eventually be mangers themselves.

Comcast has provided me with good health benefits. They also develop their employees by offering tuition reimbursment. I have moved up very quickly I started in Billing then moved to Collections and now to my current position in Order Managment.
