How would you describe your time at Dream Cakes by Bonnie?

I started doing cakes and cookies again as a way to stay busy and learn what is new in the world of cake and cookie decorating. So far I only done cakes for friends and family, but wish to find a job doing this part time.

Saw clients to take orders and design cakes. I baked, made icings, including fondant. I had clients pick up smaller cakes, but I delivered wedding cakes. I closed the business because I started school full-time and knew I could not do both. Also I was relocating to DeBary, Florida and would need to wind the business down anyway.... read more
