How would you describe your time at MetLife?
1. Through data mining and MS Excel pivot tables, prepared and posted decision support & ad-hoc Financials from system data extracts. Financials included YTD Budget vs Actual and Forecast Variance Analysis on IT Project spend for Business, CFO, CIO and Controllers project teams.
2. Conceptualized and developed a consolidated cross organizational incremental spending report in MS Excel. This was used by teams within a matrix environment to reconcile to budget, major cost drivers and to monitor and control incremental/reprioritized spending on all IT Projects.
3. Contact liaison during annual planning to develop budget targets, coordinate the budget planning process with cross functional teams. Reported cost performance targets impacting the P&L by Business Unit to Corporate IT Controllers for entry into project accounting & reporting systems.
4. Consolidated monthly IT Project Scorecards in MS Excel for each business units monthly IT Project Status, (Red/Yellow/Green) used for discussion at all IT Governance Board meetings.
5. Guided the Project Management Office (PMO) in each line of business with respect to their IT Projects Return on Investment (ROI) Submissions. This included advice on process and guidelines necessary for completing their financial models & cost estimators for budget approval.
6. Coordinated the communication, logistics and scheduling of all Governance Board meetings. This included agenda preparation calls, collection and preview of all meeting materials and support to the presenters for last minute changes to their presentation materials before meetings.
7. Developed a new project management tracking tool for the purpose of organizing the departments deliverables corporate wide called RADAR. The tool highlighted key milestone activity that the department needed to act upon to manage IT Governance activities effectively....

1.Through financial analysis, designed & prepared financial reports on sales force dollar and volume mortgage sales against budget & forecast in MS Excel. Included cross sell and loan officer performance metrics pulled from multiple reporting systems. Results were charted through MS Excel with market share data to help identify trends and drive business decisions.
2. Performed Data Security Administrator duties by providing corporate systems access for 235 associates as well as computer trouble shooting and software installation upgrade support.
3. Contact liaison with Corporate Disaster Recovery as coordinator for the northeast mortgage division. Developed & Implemented employee procedures and contingency plans for the purpose of continuing business operations during natural or man made crisis???s and/or disasters....
