What's your ideal role within an organization?
At this point in my career, I think my ideal role is one that fosters growth & development, so a support role would make most sense to me when first starting in the organization. However, I learn quickly and eventually would like to grow into a role with leadership responsibilities.

Onsite Staffing Specialist at General Electric (GE)
How would you describe your time at Yoh Company @ General Elect...?
While at GE, I have had the opportunity to support HR functions at both GE Healthcare Financial Services and with GE Energy.
During my time with GE Energy, I have worked to support their Renewables business by training hiring managers on how to properly write job descriptions, which includes training on the BrassRing HRIS system. I ensure that all job descriptions are in compliance with OFCCP requirements and that they are properly formatted with html coding prior to posting. During my time thus far, I have created a job posting template builder, which assists hiring managers with creating solid job descriptions. Additionally, I have identified several industry specific sourcing list for HR managers to post jobs to. Also, I am in the process of establishing relations with college programs that offer programs related to renewable energy in order to build a pipline of future job candidates.
While with GE Healthcare Financial Services, I was responsible for tracking all open, closed roles for over 500 positions and then create reports for HR purposes. Additionally, I would edit all job descriptions ensuring they were OFCCP complaint. I was responsible for generating and distributing offer letters to candidates as well as initiating background checks and generating welcome kits for new-hires. Lastly, I coordinated search firm process by managing contracts, obtaining purchase order numbers and reconciling invoices....

How would you describe your time at Manpower?
My experience with Manpower is rather unique. While I was responsible for recruting outstanding candidates for our external customers, I was able to go beyond my job description.
During my time I had the opportunity to develop a training program for new staffing specialists entering the Chicago market. This program helped the new staffing specialist reach their training goals and provided an opportunity to solidify necessary job skills with their peers. My time spent with Kinko's, I was able to participate in developing an employment law training course. I was tasked with discovering reasons regarding high turnover levels among associates. Also, I participated in resume screening, a career fair, and lead an extensive HR audit.
