This was my first jump from smaller companies and contracts to a full time enterprise support role. During this time, I've learned ticket management, time management skills; I gained a significant amount of team work experience having to work by myself and amongst fellow technicians, and various other groups of the IT company....

How would you describe your time at CompuCom, Insight Global, CSC?
These were several different contracts that only spanned a few days here, a few weeks here, and in the end with CSC, on one of their accounts I was there for 2 months as a build tech, then I was brought on for 6 months as a site support tech for the Westinghouse account and they turned into a full time position....

How would you describe your time at apex systems?
During this time, my primary duty was to monitor a site wide imaging push that used a new GUI system developed by the company that used SMS as a backbone. I learned SMS's various functionalities and also worked with the system's architect picking up some minor C# while he explained to me how things worked for the GUI....

As an aspiring developer, this month long internship was a break through experience for me providing hands on experience in a team based environment. During my first IT job experience here, I gained invaluable experience with troubleshooting Windows PCs and Macintosh's that the school had in labs as well as student laptops. A lot of time was spent calling in hardware repairs through Dell's warranty. I also configured several applications for network installations and setup their license servers on a Windows 2003 machine....
