How would you describe your time at Staples?

My job required a variety of skills. Not only was I the Operations Manager but I was still the Manager On Duty when assigned. This involved making sure the the whole store was being taken care of. I took care of all the Human resource issues-Benefits, New Hires, Orientation, Training etc. I also needed to make sure that the customers were taken care of in a timely manner and to ensure that all employees were providing excellent customer service.... read more

How would you describe your time at Michaels Arts and Crafts?

I loved this job because I work on a lot of crafts myself. I spent a lot of time doing resets on seasonal items. The rest of the time I spent on schedules, ordering merchandise, new hire orientations etc.
