How would you describe your time at Congressional Campaign - CA-02?
With a small talented team, ran a grassroots campaign against a 22-year incumbent in California's most rural Congressional district. Achieved the highest percentage of votes (up 10%) against the incumbent party in 26 years, despite an R +12 voter registration disadvantage. Succeeded in moving the political environment within the district from hopelessness towards a likelihood of future success.
- Effectively utilized limited resources to implement grassroots, micro-targeted media campaign.
- Maximized media visibility through public appearances, an organized letter-writing campaign, strategically placed op-eds and blog posts and well-developed relationships with media.
