Very valuable. Learned a lot about HR policies and procedures, management skills and honed my public speaking skills. Only reason I left was because the room to advance in HR wasn't there. Looking to make a career in HR field where I can use my energy and skills to help others.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason while he was employed here at UPS. Jason is a self motivated, professional individual that would be an asset to any company that hires him. Jason was assigned to me while we were in the training department. His responsibilities included, touring possible candidates, interviewing, assigning them to an area, training by utilizing the seven steps to effective training, following up and recording their progress for thirty days. He continued on to the HR's.
