Assist the CCD in the administrative operation of the campus. Assists in registration of the students, accounts receivables, assist students with obtaining tuition assistance as well as provide counseling to students on courses and future goals and plans. Confidential record keeping. Attend staff meetings. Process all incoming and outgoing mail including Fed Ex, UPS and DHL packages. Responsible for the processing of all documents needing to be scanned and/or filed. Ability to use computers (Word. Excel, Internet) credit card machines, scanners, typewriters and copiers.
