What path did you take to your current career?
I took no path - and that's why it's taken me so long to get to where I am. There are no regrets, however, because I had so many interests when I was younger that I couldn't really pinpoint what I wanted to do. My first job was very general, focusing on marketing, so I was able to pick the tasks that I most enjoyed, focus on them, then find jobs where they played a prominent role. That's not as easy as it sounds....
