*Install and configure component and several of application to desktops, laptops, workstations, and reconfigure to the new network/domain.
*Reimaging of desktops and laptops using Symantec Ghost.
*Created various ghost images for every users need.
*Run a checklist to make sure every desktops, laptops has appropriate application installed to what users need.
*Configure and troubleshoot such as MS Office, Lotus Notes, Tivoli, McAfee SuperDAT, etc....
