With my 17 years of manufacturing experience, I have allot to offer, so an ideal position for me to is to be a part of making difficult decisions. I can help with project, people, program, or sales management. My goal is to have the team succeed, and satisfy the customer in a timely manner.

How would you describe your time at KEY PLASTICS?

* Industrial Engineer - Utilized lean manufacturing methods and techniques to align manpower, materials, methods and machines for maximum efficiency while minimizing "muda", or waste, in the value stream. Designed work and packaging instructions for all processes. Constructed value stream maps to design plant layouts identifying inefficiencies.
* Packaging Engineer - Designed Packaging schemes to maximize the space and help cube the truck.
* Continuous Improvement Lead - Recruited by the President to globalize strategic lean manufacturing principles in the 2 Mexico plants, from some of the same processes I created in the Grand Rapids plant. Orchestrated a 5-S process to make sure everything has a place and everything is in its place.
* Supplier Quality Engineer- Dealt with all suppliers from PPAP to all Quality issues and concerns. Visited suppliers to ensure all processes and control measures are in place and working. Worked through 8D's and other problem solving tools to establish the root cause.
