Handle all licensing and cad administrative issues with Mathcad, Autocad, Gerber (Accumark), & GIM.
Deploy upgrades for Mathcad (Globally), AutoCAD, Gerber, & GIM (Globally) to the server as well as
the users. Handle all of the installations of Mathcad, Autocad, Gerber, & GIM to the server as well as the users. Offering technical support to Trim Finance and Trim Engineering in floor issues with Gerber & GIM. Support software on Windows 2003 Server, First line of support for Mathcad & Autocad floor issues as well. Switch both Mathcad (FlexLM licensing) and Gerber (Sentinel licensing) applications to new Triad Server. Connect the users to the new Triad server as well. Teach GIM refresher training classes. Help rollout TRACS application globally including any RGS issues that occur. Manage applications on both FlexLM licensing and Sentinel licensing. Manage applications on Windows Servers 2003. Support users with any EPIC (JCI customized Matrix One) issues that came up while working with GIM. Working with pilot program that includes handling all licensing and cad administrative issues with Optitex (trim design software) and TPDM (PDM tool that uses a SQL Server 2005 database). Advise Technical Group on FORD TCe C3PNG practices and procedures. Supports system software installs, system software maintenance & product upgrades....

Taught Smaragd (German customized Teamcenter) to the user community at Daimler Chrysler. It was a short-term assignment to help Daimler Chrysler rollout Smaragd on common programs between Chrysler and the Daimler Group. Classes were usually 8 hours long. Some of the topics covered were freezing data, access & roles, creating new items, configurations and views, EBOM, results windows, and queries....
