What's your ideal work environment?

I consider myself a "jack of all trades", so I am most interested in working with a small organization (or possibly a small department in a larger organization) that allows me to take on a large amount of responsibility that varies across several roles.

As a very sales focused organization, Meltwater was experience client retention issues. I was selected to start a Client Relations team along with 6 colleagues in satellite offices to focus on retaining existing clients and developing those accounts. While representing 11% of Meltwater's North American clientle, I exceeded 90% client retention while driving revenue by 120%. As a result, I was consistently ranked among the top 3 U.S. and top 5 global revenue generators while holding this position.
