As a very sales focused organization, Meltwater was experience client retention issues. I was selected to start a Client Relations team along with 6 colleagues in satellite offices to focus on retaining existing clients and developing those accounts. While representing 11% of Meltwater's North American clientle, I exceeded 90% client retention while driving revenue by 120%. As a result, I was consistently ranked among the top 3 U.S. and top 5 global revenue generators while holding this position. My priority in developing relationships with clients was to develop a careful ear for the unique needs of each client and working alongside each client to implement tools necessary to maximize their investments in Meltwater's software....
