What have your past employers loved about you?

Have gained a reputation earlier in my career as a "problem solver." Past leaders/mentors have shifted me to places in the organization where it faced problems and was given the autonomy/support to improve/bring under control. These areas were Business Unit Management/P&L, Business Development (defined as growth), and Global Account Management (Worldwide including P&L).

Repairing so many adverse situations helped me to become a much better leader and developed my philosophy surrounding good systems, policies and procedures because they prevent later problems. When these are in place, it is easy to focus on healthy growth within a business.
