How would you describe your time at Getty Petroleum Marketing?

Preparation of the monthly closing balance figures for Getty's supply and trade computer system. Data analysis and posting is done from an AS/400 inventory system and transferred into the Solarc Enterprise Trade Management system called "Right Angle." This process involves preparation of monthly Excel spreadsheets, generation of AS/400 inventory and "Right Angle" inventory reports and updating to the closing figures for Right Angle.

Daily generation of a Sales and Trade report. Reports are prepared in the "Right Angle" system for submission to the appropriate management officials.

Daily truck lifting error correction- Working in the "Right Angle" system individual entries are adjusted for proper contract, product type and automatch lifting requirements. After adjustment in the "Right Angle" system a data transfer to the iSeries AS/400 system is done via a batch query.

Special projects for management have included:

Analysis, preparation and updating of Omni credit card regional software reports detailing stations that have updated software vs. those without.

GPM-Ruby Listings- analysis of petroleum stations by renewal period vs. invoices to determine correct invoice payment figures.

Business relationship spreadsheet detailing business associates, contract, terminal numbers and terminal names

Exchange and Throughput fee analysis- spreadsheet preparation and analysis of accounting cost figures vs. Getty's supply and trade data.

How would you describe your time at American Museum of Natural ...?

Responsible for financial operations of American Museum of Natural History travel department including budget preparation, tour commission reconciliation, report preparation and database record maintenance for Oracle accounting system and Alpha 5 expense database. Over 1,000 tour programs sent out during this time period.
Preparation of tour operator contracts and creation and maintenance of contractual information database. Coordination with tour operators on tour and contract details.
Creation and maintenance of complete AMNH Expeditions Alpha 5 computer reservation system (d-base format) including all forms, reports, and search criteria. Designer and creator of previous Alpha 4 computer reservation system. This was merged with Access database system; was retired in June 2000 after use for 11,000 AMNH Expeditions reservations. Licensed Insurance representative for the American Museum tour program and coordinator with Travel Insurance Services, the AMNH client insurer, on all insurance matters.

Supervisor of Scheduling This included on-site inspection of mail test lots and rollout bulk mailing components at contracted mailing houses. Over 200 million pieces were mailed during this time period.
